February 6 |<\/strong> VALENTINE CABARET @NCCSEagles<\/a> is one of the best things our Academy Singers and @NCCSArts<\/a> Department puts on each year. Tonight was no exception. Their selections of Love Songs from the Grammys was so good! I\u2019m so proud of this entire group and their awesome Director @amykwallace<\/a>! And how about Tripp Upton and Carson Groulx keeping the crowd entertained tonight! Big shoutout also to our NCCS Baseball and Lacrosse teams for packing the house tonight with some great fans. It was a great night to be an Eagle! Two more nights of Cabaret: 7pm Friday and Saturday night. Don\u2019t miss it! #GoEagles<\/a>#WeAreNCCS<\/a>#NCCSFamily<\/a>

Congratulations to Mason Holbrook, Dante Tomaselli, Cole Carden, Andrew Clark, Quinn McArdle, and Coaches Kevin and Linda Ellis! So proud of our Swimmers! February 8 |<\/strong> My sweethearts are headed out for the @NCCSEagles<\/a> Daddy Daughter Dance. This is one of their favorite traditions. Emma spends all year trying to decide what to wear, how to talk Mom into buying new shoes, dreaming up dinner plans, and mostly just enjoying precious time with her sweet Dad. I\u2019m so grateful that my handsome husband has set a very high bar for our girl of what she should be praying for in a future husband (like when she turns 85). I hope he remembered his wallet…she suckered him into Melting Pot this year! ?? Eli and I had a fun date too! I made his favorite…poppyseed chicken. For our Valentine date, he can have as many helpings as he wants and then we are going to watch basketball together. ??#7000days<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 9 |<\/strong> I\u2019m so proud of these awesome @NCCSEagles<\/a> Middle School students who have learned so much preparing for the Black History Bowl these past few months. They competed in region a few weeks ago and earned the chance to compete for the championship yesterday. They worked so hard and finished as the runner up in their division. Most importantly, they built new relationships and learned more about Black History that challenged them to want to learn even more! I\u2019m grateful for these opportunities that give our kids a chance to learn more about themselves and others! #GoEagles<\/a>#WeAreNCCS<\/a>#NCCSFamily<\/a>#BlackHistoryBowl<\/a> some ? @matthew.t.brown<\/a>

February 17 |<\/strong> So grateful for Winter Break to stop and rest. This morning, my heart is full thinking back over last week and @NCCSEagles<\/a> Spiritual Emphasis Week. I really appreciate @justinbreckan<\/a> from @cedarcrestchurch<\/a>, our own @j_the_ray<\/a> from @nccsstudentlife<\/a>, @elilaughlin26<\/a> from @burnthickorybaptist<\/a>, @caseylinch<\/a> from @nsckennesaw<\/a>, and @mrdoane9<\/a> from @wildwoodbc<\/a> coming to invest deeply in our hearts and minds for the sake of eternity. May we never take for granted what a privilege it is to worship and grow in our relationship with Christ…at school. God is working! February 17 | Such a treat to have my sister and her daughter in town for Winter Break! Lots of giggles and making special memories! We found an awesome piano at an antique shop and worked together with a dear friend to wrestle it into our foyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 24 |<\/strong> \u201cWhen your talents are surrendered, God can do more with them than you can.\u201d \u201cGod is ALWAYS ahead of you in your story.\u201d I\u2019m so grateful for the way that @MikeLinch<\/a> and @NSCKennesaw<\/a> steward their place in our community by hosting Lunch with a Leader. In essence, they hold \u201cchurch\u201d for 170+ leaders in our community once a month. Right now we are studying the life of Moses as we add more tools to our Spiritual Leadership toolbox. I\u2019m so grateful for these times as I look around and see so many men and women in our community that desire to honor the Lord in their leadership!  #SpiritualLeadership<\/a>#ILoveAcworth<\/a>#Exodus4<\/a>
