{"id":1650,"date":"2010-03-16T07:21:48","date_gmt":"2010-03-16T11:21:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/?p=1650"},"modified":"2010-03-16T07:21:48","modified_gmt":"2010-03-16T11:21:48","slug":"freedom-church-i-want-a-new-marriage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/?p=1650","title":{"rendered":"Freedom Church: I Want a New Marriage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/iwanm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1651\" title=\"iwanm\" src=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/iwanm-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/iwanm-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/iwanm.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately our family was sick this past Sunday and didn&#8217;t make it to week 2 of our &#8220;I Want a New Marriage&#8221; series at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.freedomchurch.tv\" target=\"_blank\">Freedom Church<\/a>. \u00a0Week 1 of this series also coincided with our first week at North Cobb High School. \u00a0Our church is a portable church and this is our third temporary location. \u00a0We spent a year at North Metro Tech, a year at Barber Middle School, and have now landed at NCHS. \u00a0North Cobb is a great location for Freedom Church because it is right on one of the main highways in Acworth and Kennesaw. \u00a0Tons of our Freedom folks actually graduated from NCHS. \u00a0Last week when I did the welcome, I asked how many of those Warrior alumni imagined in high school that one day they would be coming back to NCHS on their own for church. \u00a0Very cool to see those connections.<\/p>\n<p>I did not post my notes from week 1 of &#8220;I Want a New Marriage&#8221; yet, so I&#8217;ll do that below. \u00a0I am so blessed to be married to Clint. \u00a0In our marriage, I am certain that I am the one that married up. \u00a0Clint does so many things to make sure that he is growing in the Lord, being an awesome husband to me, and being the best Daddy Emma could ever dream of. \u00a0He takes great care of our family!<\/p>\n<p>The passage from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jrlee.tv\" target=\"_blank\">JR<\/a>&#8216;s message for week 1 of IWANM came from Matthew 22:37-38 and the message was called: Looking for The One. \u00a0Here are the notes I made during the message:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why do we spend so much time looking for THE ONE, when God tells us in Matthew 22:37-39 that He is THE ONE?<\/li>\n<li>If you are not complete without them, you will never be complete with them.<\/li>\n<li>As we draw closer to God, we grow closer to our husband\/wife.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unfortunately our family was sick this past Sunday and didn&#8217;t make it to week 2 of our &#8220;I Want a New Marriage&#8221; series at Freedom Church. \u00a0Week 1 of this series also coincided with our first week at North Cobb High School. \u00a0Our church is a portable church and this is our third temporary location.
