You might have noticed that I have really had a strong Chick-fil-A<\/a> theme on my blog lately (Second Mile Service<\/a> and How’d You Do It Truett?<\/a>).\u00a0 At the start of another school<\/a> year, I love to spend time reminding myself of the urgency of outstanding customer service.\u00a0 This past weekend I had a chance to read, Eat Mor Chikin: Inspire More People<\/a> also written by Truett Cathy the founder of Chick-fil-A.\u00a0 This book gives the history of Chick-fil-A as well as the personal story of Truett Cathy.\u00a0 He takes very seriously his role in leading others by serving them.<\/p>\n

I am grateful for Truett Cathy and his intentional servant leadership.\u00a0 The way this is lived out through CFA Operators and employees throughout our community is making a difference for the cause of Christ.\u00a0 Here are some things that I highlighted while reading this book…<\/p>\n
