Yes…we have put our house on the market.\u00a0 This is another piece in the puzzle of becoming debt-free that I posted about here<\/a> and here<\/a>.\u00a0 What are our main goals?\u00a0 There are 2 of them…<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 To significantly lower our monthly housing cost.\u00a0 We can afford the house we live in, but why?\u00a0 Wouldn’t it be nicer to have a house that we can pay off faster and thus free up money to be able to give away more?<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 To move closer to NCCS.\u00a0 The majority of our time and energy is plugged into the ministry of the school.\u00a0 Rather than driving so far each way, we’d like to live closer and save that gas money…to pay off our house faster and then have more to give away!<\/p>\n

So…we put our house on the market last week.\u00a0 I know the timing is odd with us expecting Emma to arrive sometime in the next 7-8 weeks…but we believe strongly this is something God is leading us to do and we believe that His timing is perfect.\u00a0 It doesn’t make sense, but He didn’t ask us to understand, He called us to obey.<\/p>\n

If you know someone looking for a house…we have a great one for sale that we would love for them to buy.\u00a0 We’ve found a couple of houses in Acworth that would help us meet our 2 goals, but we know that God wants us to sell this one before we make any commitments to other homes.\u00a0 Spread the word…help us sell our house!<\/p>\n
