I finished Arresting Grace<\/em><\/a> by Michael Joel Green over the weekend.\u00a0 This is a powerful read for anyone who needs a reality check in the area of grace…don’t we all!\u00a0 The story starts off with Green telling his own story of receiving a DUI and how that rocked his world.\u00a0 He got pulled over on the way home from a dinner with his church community group!<\/p>\n

The entire book is fraught with great reminders of the grace we have received and the grace that we should be much more open to dispense to those around us.\u00a0 This book reads like a conversation with Green and is certain to impact you in some way, shape or form regardless of your own story.\u00a0 I appreciate Green’s authenticity and transparency in sharing some of the difficult valleys he has walked through on his way to this more complete understanding of the beauty and majesty of the grace of God.<\/p>\n

I only highlighted a few things while reading, but they were powerful thoughts…<\/p>\n
