{"id":6237,"date":"2012-12-14T10:57:37","date_gmt":"2012-12-14T15:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/?p=6237"},"modified":"2012-12-14T10:57:38","modified_gmt":"2012-12-14T15:57:38","slug":"book-review-organizational-behavior-in-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/?p=6237","title":{"rendered":"Book Review: Organizational Behavior in Education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/?attachment_id=6238\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6238\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6238\" title=\"Organizational-Behavior-in-Education-9780137017461\" src=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Organizational-Behavior-in-Education-9780137017461.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"323\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Organizational-Behavior-in-Education-9780137017461.jpg 323w, https:\/\/meganstrange.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Organizational-Behavior-in-Education-9780137017461-242x300.jpg 242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 323px) 100vw, 323px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I just finished another class towards my doctorate in Educational Leadership through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liberty.edu\" target=\"_blank\">Liberty University<\/a>.\u00a0 I have really enjoyed this program so far because Liberty does a great job of marrying the theory with the application.\u00a0 I am in my 8th year at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncchristian.org\" target=\"_blank\">North Cobb Christian School <\/a>and my 4th year as a principal.\u00a0 I have a lot of great experiences under my belt, but also a lot to learn.\u00a0 This class was EDUC 745 Systems Analysis and it was one of the best classes in the program.<\/p>\n<p>The book for the class is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Organizational-Behavior-Education-Leadership-School\/dp\/0137017464\" target=\"_blank\">Organizational Behavior in Education: Leadership and School Reform<\/a> by Robert G. Owens and Thomas C.
