Last night I had the privilege of meeting up with some good friends from back home who are also in Vancouver this week. Denise, Shari, and I met several years back when we were all three serving as youth ministers. Now, none of us are youth ministers, but still have a heart for investing in students and furthering the gospel creatively. It has been a couple of years since we were last all together, but the conversation picked up quite nicely. I’m grateful for their friendship. After dinner and some funny moments as we toured the Gastown district of Vancouver, we headed over to the Vancouver Tower to take a look out over the city. It was a beautiful evening and an incredible view of the city.
Even the elevator ride was a blast!
