JULY 2 COUSIN CAMP 2026 | The AbelStrangeGraffam crew…15 strong…had a great time catching up in Pigeon Forge, roasting in the heat, eating way too much, cheering for USA Soccer, laughing, eating more, shopping, swimming, jumping, riding rides at Dollywood, football in the street, and telling the next generation all the funny stories about our childhood. So grateful for a Mom that sacrificed so much for my brother, sister, and I to have what we had and so that we all got to do what we wanted most of the time. The 4OG’s, spouses, and kids have gotten together this last week of June the last few years and it truly is a blessing to be able to all be together. The Lord is gracious and kind and I’m so thankful for the time together…already looking forward to next year. #7000days
JULY 5 FOURTH OF JULY 🇺🇸 250 | Grateful for a day to celebrate the freedoms we enjoy here in America. It was a beautiful day with family, friends, food, and a whole lot of sunshine here in Acworth. The Lord is gracious and kind to give us these days! #7000days
JULY 14 LAUGHING IN THE RAIN | This deserves a permanent square. I’d give anything to bottle up the laughter as we sped home tonight in the golfcart in the pouring rain! Our road is under construction so the normal golf cart path is not available. We had to take a sketchy path to get to our restaurant in downtown Acworth and then we went to Logan Farm park to meet up with friends.
After we chatted for a little while, the bottom fell out! Everyone else was rushing to their cars and we hopped in our open cart and took a very crazy route home getting very soaked. We laughed hysterically the whole way.
When I sent this pic to a friend, she thought it interesting that some Stranges were repping Bama gear…I guess it does look a bit like a Fourth of July parade in Tuscaloosa 😂.

JULY 26 AT THE TABLE | When we expanded our front porch a few years ago, I knew I wanted to have a big table out there. I scored a great find on FB Marketplace and my sweet guys went to pick it up. Pretty great deal at $50 for a Pier 1 dining room table. My guys let me know it was nice and heavy so they knew it was a good one! 😂
The table had been well loved and we have enjoyed it as well. Dinner with friends, games, a nice workspace on pretty days, and even some marks from knuckles imitating a groundhog in Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza. I’d been wanting to redo the table, but was a little intimidated to start the project. So…this weekend was the time to dive in!
I scrubbed it really well with @murphysoilsoap, sanded it a few times, wiped it down, and got to work with the sealer. The rain and humidity made that an interesting process, but fortunately it all worked out. One last little bit of sanding and another coat of sealant this afternoon and it’s all set.
Come on over for dinner! You’ll have to bring the dinner though…I’m exhausted from the table! 😂 #StrangeWoodworking
JULY 29 EAGLES FLOCK TOGETHER | Always a special time to have our entire Faculty and Staff over to the house to cookout and hangout before the year gets underway. This crew works hard and it’s so important to start with those who matter most. At the end of the day, none of us have a greater ministry than loving and serving our families and those closest to us. Grateful for this crew and for these days!
JULY 31 HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLINT | Here’s to the guy that makes everything more fun. Clint has the unique ability to make whatever we’d like to do…his favorite thing to do. He takes an interest in all the things his family is interested in and pursues those interests with joy and intentionality. Clint loves the Lord, is wise and discerning, loves and leads our family well, cares for others, and makes everything extra fun. This past year has been full of adventures and exploring and we can’t wait to see what the Lord holds for the year ahead. God is faithful. We are so grateful for the gift Clint is to our family! 💙🎉 @clintstrange32
JULY 31 SENIOR RAFTING | So grateful for the opportunity to spend the day having a blast with the @nccseagles Class of 2027. We watched the sunrise, we hung out on the bus, we rafted the Ocoee River, we studied Titus 1&2, and we made some commitments to one another about what it means to walk closely with the Lord and to serve others along the way. And we did a LOT of laughing.
We started this senior rafting trip 20 years ago and I’m so grateful that I got to enjoy it with my favorite senior and some really fun friends! God is faithful. He is working.
