  • DISCIPLES LIVE WITH NOT ONLY renouncing their own rights, but even renouncing their own righteousness. They get no credit themselves for what they do and sacrifice.
  • “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will he filled. ” Matthew 5:6
  • If a church renounced its own righteousness, what changes might take place in the way that church relates to other churches, the secular world, and other religions?
  • For the word of the LORD is upright, and all his work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD. Psalm 33:4-5
