2007: God used the ShowHope presentation at a Steven Curtis Chapman Concert to stir my heart and Clint’s about adoption
2008: Our daughter Emma was born and we learned what an exciting adventure it is to be a parent
November 2010: We began the process of adopting a baby boy through Bethany Christian Services
August 2013: We received a picture of our son and immediately accepted our referral
March 2014: We found out that we would be traveling soon to meet our son Eli
March 30, 2014: Boarded a plan to Ethiopia (Ethiopia Trip #1 blog here)
April 1, 2014: Met our son Eli
April 3, 2014: We officially adopted our son Eli
May 6, 2014: Eli’s official GOTCHA DAY (Ethiopia Trip #2 blog here)
May 9, 2014: Eli became a US Citizen in Washington, DC
